The possibility to always keep an eye on your pet, even at a distance, through our app

​AlfaEvolution helps you take care of your pet. Applying the tracker on your animal's collar and accessing the dedicated section of the app, you will receive a notification when it moves away from the area you set and always know where it is in real time. If you are unable to access the app to view your movements, you can also contact the operations center 24 hours a day to help you to localize it. In addition, by pressing the SOS button on the device you will receive a notification showing you the pet's position​

Is the PET Tracker waterproof?

The device is designed to be resistant to water, however, it is not immune to damage from water in all circumstances and functioning under water is not guaranteed.

Do I need a SIM card for the PET Tracker device?

The PET Tracker device has a built-in SIM card, so there is no need to purchase a SIM card for the device. Simply activate the PET Tracker device on APP/WEB. The device operates on a network connection that is independent from your mobile service provider.

Do I need mobile phone coverage to use the PET Tracker device?

Yes, network coverage is required to use the PET Tracker device. Usually the PET Tracker device works wherever your mobile phone works.

What is the range/distance in which the device works?

The PET Tracker device works within any range and has no distance limits.
